At HerfClub UK, we keep things simple, fair, and transparent. Here’s everything you need to know about how our prize draws work:

 

1. Entering a Prize Draw

You can enter our prize draws in two ways:

Option A: Paid Entry (Tickets)

• Browse our prize draws and choose the one you’d like to enter.
   

• Purchase tickets directly through the website using your HerfClub UK account.
   

• Each ticket purchased is one entry into the draw.
   

Option B: Free Postal Entry

• We offer a free entry route to every prize draw, in compliance with UK law.
   

• To enter by post, simply send a letter with the following details:
   

  • Your full name
     

  • Email address (linked to your HerfClub UK account)
     

  • The prize draw you wish to enter
     

• Your free entry must be received at least 14 days before the draw closing date.
   

• Once received and verified, we’ll add the equivalent credit to your account so you can claim a ticket for that draw.

2. Draw Closing Dates

• Each prize draw will clearly show its opening and closing date on the website.
   

• Entries (paid or free) received after the closing date will not be valid.
   

 

3. Live Draws

• All draws are conducted live for transparency.
   

• You can watch the live draws on:
   

  • Our YouTube channel
     

  • The Livestream section of our website
     

• Draws are carried out randomly to ensure fairness.
   

 

4. Announcing the Winners

• Winners will be announced live during the stream.
   

• After the stream, winners will also receive an email confirmation.
   

• Winning names may also be published on the website and social channels.
   

 

5. Receiving Your Prize

• Prizes will be shipped to the winner’s UK address.
   

• Delivery usually takes place within 14 working days.
   

• All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   

 

6. Fairness & Transparency

• Every ticket purchased or free entry added has the exact same chance of winning.
   

• Free entries are processed in the same way as paid tickets.
